"Great rugged style, maybe a little pricey"
I’ve been browsing Verillas for a bit, and I have to say, their style is cool. It’s not the same stuff you see everywhere, and a lot of the pieces have this rugged, kind of adventurous look that I really like. The jackets and boots were probably what stood out to me the most. Some of the prices felt a little on the higher side, so I definitely had to pause and think before ordering. But overall, the designs feel unique without being too flashy, and I can see why people would be into them

"Surprisingly Fast Shipping, Easy Enough Return"
I ordered from verillas and, shockingly, my stuff showed up faster than I was expecting. The tracking actually made sense, the package arrived in good shape, and there weren’t any mysterious delays, which is always a nice little miracle these days.

I did have to return one item because I ordered the wrong size, so that part was on me, apparently. The return process was painless, and they responded fairly quickly. The refund took a few days, but that’s normal, I guess. Overall, it was smoother than I was prepared for

"Looks nice — but starts wearing out fast"
I really liked how this looked when I first got it, the quality seemed good at first. But after just a few wears, the stitching started to fray, which was disappointing. It still looks decent, but I expected it to hold up a bit better

I ordered from verillas the fit was almost perfect, just a tiny bit snug at first, like a dramatic little reminder that sizing charts are not to be taken lightly. The size chart definitely helped, but if you’re stuck between sizes, I’d probably go up one just to avoid the whole suspenseful will-it-fit moment. The quality feels really solid, and shipping was totally fine. Giving it 4 stars because the sizing took a bit of guesswork, but overall I’m happy with it

"Support Was okay, But Slow"
I had to reach out to verillas about my order because I hadn’t seen any updates for a while, and I was starting to wonder what was going on.
They did get back to me, and they were Nice enough, but every reply seemed to take a few days. It made the whole thing feel more frustrating than it needed to be.

In the end, they did help me get it sorted out, so I can’t say it was terrible. Just not Great either, and I really wish the responses had been faster.
